- RPR PJun 18, 20221.0This is regards to newborn passport photos. This was one of the worst experiences as a new mom. We called and they said that they take them. They took the photo but then the machine had all sorts of issues. The person then started helping someone else in the middle of helping me, which was very upsetting. After 45 minutes he said the machine didn’t work and it had this problem before and there was no way to fix. I then went to another person there for help. He was more helpful and apologetic. He printed on another machine, but then said the original photo the first guy took was too blurry, so they would have to retake it. I had a crying 4 week old baby and almost an hour had gone by at this point, so there was no way I could get him to settle to take another photo. I just left in tears. If you need newborn passport photos, do not come here.
