- SPShital Patel6 days ago1.0I had used this business a few times for shipping/returning items. I was hesitant to share this, but I feel like I should to warn others. In 2023 I trusted this business to ship a bag that I was returning the UK. My package was taken and processed from what I could tell. I did not ask for a receipt because I trusted them...Jersey City is a community in which we trust each other. The package never made it to its destination and I was out $400+ which was soooo disappointing and frustrating. It is a huge amount of money for me that I will never get back. I hesitated to even write this review thinking it could have been a mistake, but I feel like I should let people know this is sadly not a trustworthy business. Please take your business elsewhere. I need to believe JC is still an amazing place and community to live in. Sadly this business will not meet those standards. Also in response to the comments from the business-- of course I contacted you to inquire about what happened to my package. You were incredibly rude and put me on hold and never got back to me. I was naive to trust you. It was a lesson learned. Seems like you get a kick out of being awful.

The two ladies who work there had an air of pleasant customer service that isn't found today, and I was very grateful. All these negative reviews come from miserable people who have nothing to be happy about. Betty Gonzalez probably wrote a ruff draft on paper before she angrily typed it onto the google. And I definitely respect the business for their responses in kind
