What kind of place makes you gamble on whether it's open or not? My luck's been terrible lately trying to ship a package because it keeps being closed during business hours. I was almost scared to go to this branch because of all the negative reviews, but decided to go anyway. I’m happy I found out for myself! If anything these complaints are from entitled, rude people projecting their issues on the workers. As many times as I have now been here I’ve never had an issue once.
