Zero Common Sense or Professionalism regarding Passport Appointments!! I am incredibly frustrated by the rigid, bureaucratic wall I hit at this location today. I arrived for my passport appointment early, but because I followed the natural flow of the building and stood in the main line, I was penalized for my own "good faith" attempt to be a respectful customer. When I finally reached the counter, I was told I was "late" for my slot. The agent’s only response was to point to a few faded, poorly placed signs by the counter that are barely legible and certainly not posted throughout the entrance and lobby. Despite my explanation—that I had been physically present in the building for 20 minutes—there was absolutely no consideration for the clear misunderstanding caused by their own lack of clear signage. It is a massive failure in efficiency and customer service to: - Expect customers to "just know" a hidden check-in process when the only visible instruction is a standard line. - Refuse a confirmed appointment over a 5-minute technicality when the customer is standing right there with all documents ready. - Prioritize "gotcha" rules over the good intentions of a taxpayer trying to navigate a confusing layout. To anyone with an appointment here: ignore the lines, ignore the social cues of a post office, and shout over the counter to "check in" immediately. Otherwise, they will happily let you stand in line for 15 minutes just so they can tell you you've missed your window and refuse to help you.

The wait is ridiculous. There’s a staffing issue at this branch. Only one window open handling passports and mailing. 🤯

Just stood at an empty window for 10 minutes and still no one showed up for assistance. The only window open did not have anyone attending to it.

Julio is a unprofessional, irritating, and rude clown. Keeps saying our package was returned and the nice manager ends up finding it right after in about 2 minutes. Such. A. Clown. Keeps yelling “you are not listening” when nothing even shows on the tracking number, it’s obvious who isn’t listening. Absolute disgusting tier of service who is unable to back up any of the crap he spews. Wow.

The man that works at the window is extremely rude. I never leave reviews but his behavior is HORRIBLE! Why put yourself in the front window if you’d rather be in the back?!! Just use the kiosk
