This is probably the worst post office on the face of the earth. The black woman that works here is extremely rude to everyone!! Not only that she has nothing to write with at a post office! Not even a marker, no stamps either to put “Fragile” on a box. Three people were passing around 1 pen. Not to mention i was in line for a solid 40 min. Our tax dollars need to go to our post offices. This is maddening!!

Only one person attending, spending 20min in each person a line of 4 people you would think it’s a short line, but it can take 1 hour easily

Brought my own prepaid label to get printed and applied. After the staff person here attached it, I simply asked to take a quick photo of the package before sending. She refused, got rude, and kept repeating "I gave you the receipt" without any actual explanation. Even threatened not to ship it until I told her to tone down and stopped being rude. She knew she could NOT continue further with me in this tone as I won't back down but she kept repeating she can't let me take a picture of my own package without explaining the "WHY". I needed the package sent, so I left—but I later searched and found there's no USPS rule preventing this. A simple 10-second request turned into a POWER TRIP. Terrible customer service. Terrible person. She should be FIRED.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE every single time I’ve been here. It’s almost like the employees are trained to be rude and condescending.
