- JPJonathan PayuyoSep 26, 20251.0Absolutely incompetent. 2 times in 2 weeks I recieved a "delivered" message, and my packages were NOT at my residence. First time it my package was sent to a wrong location, I went into the post office for answers and they tried to blame the seller for mistakenly sending my package to NYC even tho I live 2 blocks away from this dump of a post office. Eventually that package made it to my address after I confronted the manager , I probably would have never got my package if I didn't go to that extreme. Just today I had a family member wait at home for 9 packages, no door bell ring and the carrier said he left all my packages behind my trash cans near my downstairs neighbor whom I don't know or trust as they don't speak English, all my packages are GONE. Lost a LOT of money as the packages were inventory for my business and now I have to refund a lot of my buyers. This post office lies and needs to be shut down and replaced by a FedEx or UPS facility instead. I highly suggest going in person to rectify any disputes and they NEVER answer the phone.
