The employee had a grimace on her face before I even got to the counter and spoke to me in a loud, rude, and unprofessional tone. There’s no sign stating “no pets” or “service animals only” yet she acted like I was doing something wrong. She needs to check her attitude and tone when dealing with the public. Very disappointing experience.
