This place is so bad but I guess that's generally Jersey City for you. Somehow USPS put on the tracking that someone delivered my package to 07302. That isn't my address. And it said that someone picked it up. No one picked it up! Employees that have zero accountability stole my package and apparently that is perfectly ok. After like 2 hours of waiting for someone to give me any answer I'm getting no where! I hate having to come here and this is why I hate getting packages. I trust no one. Majority of humanity sucks right now. Smh. Very disappointed but sadly was expecting this bullshit from this place.

I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. When I went to drop off a package, the designated drop-off door was locked. When I politely asked the staff about it, I was told I either had to wait in line or get everybody’s permission from the line just to use the drop-off, even though this should be a simple service that’s always available. The facility was messy, poorly managed, and extremely uncomfortable. The AC was turned off, making it hot and suffocating inside while people waited. There was only one staff member working, and she was handling everything by herself. Each transaction took 5–10 minutes, so the line barely moved. After waiting for 30 minutes, we eventually gave up and left without being able to drop off our package. On top of that, the employee we interacted with was very rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. This location urgently needs better staffing, working facilities (including AC), and improved customer service. USPS should ensure that drop-off services are accessible as advertised and that customers are treated with basic courtesy.
