I visited the office on Thurday February 26th and the door clearly states that it opens at 8:30 a.m. I arrived at 8:15 a.m., at which time the cleaners were mopping the lobby and taking their time. It is concerning that cleaning would begin just 15 minutes before the scheduled opening time. Several customers, including myself, waited outside until approximately 8:50 a.m., when a male clerk slowly came to unlock the doors. There was no apology for the delay and no greeting—just a very nonchalant attitude, as though the customers waiting did not matter. Unfortunately, this location has had poor service for years, with no noticeable improvement. Our neighborhood deserves professional, timely, and courteous service. New management and stronger oversight appear to be urgently needed. Please address these ongoing service issues.
