    If you are looking for passport photograph for photo application. Please avoid this place. Availed photo services, they could not edit the shadow on the picture taken by themselves. Photo was rejected from passport office. UPS does not offer refund, they will offer you to take picture again without edits ( shadow will be still there) no refund. The photographer is very helpful though. He mentioned that he is not a professional and suggested me to take it from JC penny as they have professionals. $36 scammed by UPS under the banner advertisement of Professional Passport photo services. Great job!

    ZERO. STARS. Heaven help you if you need your already created and paid for UPS label to be printed out. UPS should have the ability to print out a label that is already in their system without having to jump through any extra hoops. Absolutely ridiculous.

    I stopped by the UPS Store in Jersey City (Newport) this evening to send a return package, bringing my dog Beckham with me. I was greated with an enthusiastic welcome by the staff, who were excited to meet Beckham, instantly gaining his friendship with pets and a treat. Nice work UPS! Whether that was corporate encouragement, good hiring, or simply the initiative and energy of the local team, it stood out as a positive, unexpected moment in the daily grind.
