The guy there said it needed to be packed but I had repacked it in the exact way I received it: in the original box from the manufacturer. Amazon sent it this way with the shipping label on the box. The guy there first claimed that it must have been shipped to me in another box (it wasn't), then he claimed it could get lost unless it was put in another box which he wanted to sell me which I declined. Why would it get lost if it had a shipping label on it ? From the reviews I see others have had a similar experience. Stop being so greedy. Note: I returned an item from Amazon to this store a couple of years ago and there was no problem, they accepted the item and gave me a tracking number.

Availed photo services, they could not edit the shadow on the picture taken by themselves. Photo was rejected from passport office. UPS does not offer refund, they will offer you to take picture again without edits ( shadow will be still there) no refund. The photographer is very helpful though. He mentioned that he is not a professional and suggested me to take it from JC penny as they have professionals. $36 scammed by UPS under the banner advertisement of Professional Passport photo services. Great job!
