I went to UPS store for taking the 2 by 2 Photos, the service was excellent and the way of talking is perfect.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff was not helpful at all and the customer service felt rude and unprofessional. I was told they couldn’t print the label, which forced me to go to UPS and pay $4.75 just to print one sheet.
This location really needs better-trained employees who are faster, more polite, and more willing to help customers. The service here was far from acceptable.

I would like to bring to the owner’s attention the extremely poor experience I had at your store today. The staff were very rude and unprofessional—particularly an employee named Keisha.
I waited patiently for over 30 minutes while another staff member attempted to print a simple double-sided in sequence document for me.
Unfortunately, they were unable to print the document correctly. After all that time, instead of trying to resolve the issue or apologizing for the inconvenience, Keisha told the other employee, “Don’t waste any more time with her,” and began raising her voice at me, as if the situation were somehow my fault. She told me to “leave the store and come back tomorrow,” claimed the other employee didn’t know how to print it, and added that if it was so easy, I should do it myself. When I asked if she could print it instead, she flatly refused.
Keisha also stated that “customers aren’t always right,” which I found shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. I ended up wasting over 30 minutes of my time, did not receive the service I came for, and was effectively dismissed from the store without so much as an apology for not being able to help me.
This experience was completely unacceptable. Staff at this location should receive proper training—not only on basic printing procedures but also on how to treat customers with respect and professionalism. A simple apology and courteous communication should be the bare minimum in any customer service role.
I am sharing this review in hopes that appropriate action is taken to ensure no other customer is treated this way.

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I walked in to pick up a simple parcel — not start a battle of attitudes/ rudeness — yet here we are. The lady at the counter looked at me like I personally ruined her weekend. Every word, every sigh, every glare screamed, “I hate my job and I’m taking it out on you.”
Truly a masterclass in how not to treat customers. I left with a deep sense of regret for ever walking in. Never again.
