- SRSofia RosaNov 6, 20251.0If I could give zero stars, I would. This is my second bad experience shipping with this location. Do NOT ship your packages from this UPS. I tried to be patient, but they completely messed up my shipment and then blamed me for their mistake. They charged me $100 to ship a package, typed the address wrong, and it ended up being returned to sender (themselves). When I went to check on it, they told me multiple times they didn’t have my package, even though it was literally right in front of me (I spotted my own name on it). Before it was returned, a staff member admitted it was their error and said they would try to refund me or waive the re-shipping fee. But when I came back, they tried to charge me again. At that point, I just took my package and left. This UPS store might be convenient, but it’s not worth the stress or the money. They don’t take accountability for their mistakes. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
