  On the UPS website, this location is clearly listed as a UPS Store. On Saturday morning, I called to confirm the last pickup time for a Next Day Air delivery that needed to arrive by Monday morning. The person who answered the phone told me the cutoff time was 5:00 PM. Trusting that information, I drove 35 minutes and arrived at the store at 4:40 PM. Only then did another employee tell me that they are not a UPS Store but a UPS Access Point, and that there are no UPS pickups on weekends?! They said they could take my package, but it would not ship until Monday and would arrive on Tuesday, completely defeating the purpose of Next Day Air! This felt incredibly misleading! If I had been told the truth from the beginning, I would not have wasted 35 minutes driving here and could have gone to another UPS or FedEx location in time to meet their pickup cutoff. This seriously delayed my urgent matter and caused unnecessary stress.

  Friendly, all the services I've used are great. I've sent shipments, had them do boxing/packing, and gotten a document notarized. The pharmacy is also great.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. This is my second bad experience shipping with this location. Do NOT ship your packages from this UPS. I tried to be patient, but they completely messed up my shipment and then blamed me for their mistake. They charged me $100 to ship a package, typed the address wrong, and it ended up being returned to sender (themselves). When I went to check on it, they told me multiple times they didn’t have my package, even though it was literally right in front of me (I spotted my own name on it). Before it was returned, a staff member admitted it was their error and said they would try to refund me or waive the re-shipping fee. But when I came back, they tried to charge me again. At that point, I just took my package and left. This UPS store might be convenient, but it’s not worth the stress or the money. They don’t take accountability for their mistakes. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
