- GNGunther Nuissl1 day ago1.0They allowed a fraudster to purchase laptops on my card which was not present it was used through the internet. I disputed this charge some 3 hours after it was made. Staples allowed the fraudster to pick up the laptop 36 hours later and left me to dispute the charge. It took about a week to undo the charge and the fraudster still has the computer. I would say they are incompetent. That's their own expensive course and almost mine
