  Dominique, worked SOOO well with her team, and basically invited me in to make sure my order was specifically what I was looking for, she was patient, offered discounts that were qualifying for my purchase- and overall just made me HAPPY to be at Staples! The cashier (I didn’t get his name) told me about the recycling program. Helped me download the staples app to get the maximum pointed for my recyclables, and with SUCH - positive spirt. It made it FUN to go through a mundane “throw away”. This team is EXCEPTIONAL all the way around!!! Thank you for making my experience so fun and painless!

  Subject: Issues With Epson ET-2800 Printer and Warranty Purchase Dear Staples Customer Support, I am writing to report two issues I have experienced with my Epson ET-2800 All-in-One printer and to request your assistance. 1. Printer Scanning Issue For a long time, I have been having trouble with the scanning function. When I try to scan, the printer asks me to select either “Computer (USB Connection)” or “Last User.” After choosing either option, the printer displays an error message and does not complete the scan. I have tried many times to fix this, but nothing has worked. 2. Warranty Concern When I purchased this printer at Staples, the salesperson told me I needed to purchase an additional warranty, so I bought it. However, when I later contacted Epson support, they informed me that the printer was already covered under warranty. This was confusing and frustrating, as I paid for extra coverage that I apparently did not need. I am kindly asking for your help in addressing both the scanning issue and the unnecessary warranty purchase. Thank you for your time and support. Sincerely, Sami Hanna

  I recently visited Staples and had the pleasure of being assisted by Shea. I can't express how grateful I am for the level of customer service I received. Shea was incredibly sympathetic to my situation regarding my grandma’s passing, showing genuine kindness and understanding during this difficult time. Not only was she professional and efficient in addressing my needs, but she also made sure I felt supported throughout my visit. it’s rare to find people that genuinely care about what you’re going through. Thank you, Shea, for going above and beyond! You truly made this experience all the more easier, I appreciate you so much!!
