  Zero stars literally worst customer experience of my entire life!! Do not waste your money the hassle and the headache is beyond frustrating. At first, my experience was OK but once the company changed hands it has been a complete nightmare. They lie, they don’t deliver on time. In fact they don’t even deliver. I have been trying to cancel this account for nine months and they just ignore me and keep charging my card. Once I tried to cancel, they finally delivered a wrong order to my apt of 14 5 gallon bottles of water to my one bedroom apartment in New York City. Been trying to get them to pick these bottles up for three months and no one ever shows up. Occasionally, they’ll call and say you weren’t home but I’m home all day working. Don’t do it. Worst company ever.

  For the past month they have refused to deliver to my office, even though I've seen them delivering to other offices in the same building. So I am canceling their service. So disappointing.

  Driver blocked the entire road for 10 minutes because he was lazy and didn’t bother to Pull over or go down driveway. Completely rude

  Delivery service is horrible. Delivery fee is now higher than before and delivery is always late or reschedule. This delivery I had schedule months in advance has now been reschedule THREE times. I suggest finding a local water store with delivery

  STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY!!! This service has been nothing but hell. The primary reason for me using this service was their alkaline water. My initial delivery was rescheduled the day of without my knowledge. The second delivery that I received was completely incorrect as I received three jugs of Poland Spring- again, without being informed. Upon speaking to customer support, they apologized profusely and rescheduled a delivery, but informed me that I’m stuck with the water as they can’t receive them full? Great, I only drink alkaline and good luck getting them out to your place to pick up the empty jugs. Lo and behold, hours before the third delivery it was canceled!!! Customer support will coupon you to death to keep you as a customer. Something that is worthless if you’ll never receive your items. They’ll play with your time and money as I now have to await two refunds. Ridiculous! Look elsewhere.
