Post Net is a pillar of unflappable help to Jersey City. Rich and Isa go above and beyond everytime. They are my go to for printing special projects to shipping the most diffcult packages. Photo attached of large custom hand made glass neon sign that Rich packaged and shipped to LA. Made it in perfect conditions!!

Update:
The owner is now making things up. I have left many positive reviews for other businesses, which anyone can easily verify. Even if I hadn’t, a customer’s review history is irrelevant to how they are treated in a store.
Instead of addressing their own behavior, the owner keeps deflecting, exaggerating, and personally attacking customers. This pattern of denial and hostility only further confirms the lack of professionalism described above. Again, I strongly suggest reading the owner’s replies before visiting — they speak for themselves.

Update after owner’s reply:
The response from the owner says more than I ever could. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, they chose insults and aggressive language. More importantly, they openly admitted to reviewing surveillance footage after a negative review was posted to analyze customer behavior. That alone explains why the heavy surveillance feels uncomfortable.
Their reaction, tone, and behavior only reinforce doubts about professionalism. I encourage anyone considering this place to read the owner’s replies carefully before visiting.
———
The most noticeable thing about this place is the attitude. The woman at the front is rude, impatient, and clearly annoyed by customers. Instead of feeling helped, you feel like you are bothering her just by being there. This is a strange way to treat people in a customer-facing job.
This attitude also shows up online. The business seems obsessed with replying to negative reviews, often in a defensive and aggressive tone. Rather than trying to improve, the replies sound thin-skinned and hostile. Reading those responses makes it easy to understand why so many people had bad experiences.
The environment itself is uncomfortable. There is heavy and obvious surveillance, and the staff seems overly focused on watching customers rather than providing service. Based on how quickly and personally they reply to negative reviews, it feels like footage is reviewed to figure out who left what review after they leave. On the bright side, I hope they continue keeping all that footage — detailed records can be useful if repeated patterns of behavior ever need to be reviewed or exposed.
Another concern came up after my visit. I logged into my email on their computer only to print documents and logged out properly. Shortly after leaving, I received a scam call related to that email account. This may be a coincidence, but the timing is concerning. No harm was done because it was clearly a scam, but it raises questions about basic data safety and professionalism.
Overall, the attitude alone ruins the experience. If you enjoy being treated with disrespect and passive-aggressive behavior, this might be the place for you. If not, there are many better options run by people who actually seem to want customers.

I went into the store to ask if they could staple my documents, but neither of the two employees seemed concerned about my request. I understand it’s not the main role of the stor to just stample but I said I was willing to pay for it. I was the only customer there, so they could have easily taken the time to help.
They first told me they couldn’t do it, and then said they didn’t have a stapler, even though I clearly saw one.
It’s a shame to see a business so poorly customer-oriented. And after checking the recent reviews (almost all one-star), it seems I’m not the only one.
