  I came in really frustrated and, honestly, not in the best mood because my package was delayed and I didn’t understand why I suddenly had to pay duty and taxes. I know I came in with an attitude. Stephanie met that moment with nothing but patience, kindness, and understanding. She took her time to calmly explain the tariffs and the entire process without ever making me feel rushed or dismissed. Her warmth and professionalism completely changed my energy. She made sure I got my package, and I walked out feeling informed, relieved, and genuinely grateful. Stephanie turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and that kind of compassion and customer service is truly rare.

  This was the best customer service I have ever experienced! DHL icon, Stephanie, greeted me at the front desk as I told her the urgency of receiving my packages. She was so quick to take action, even running at full speed to the delivery truck to ensure that she could get my parcels to me before he took off on his route. Without her, I would not have had them in time for a huge Photoshoot today! Thank you to the most beautiful and talented Stephanie at DHL for making miracles happen! I will always recommend DHL as the best shipping service around.
