I needed to send an international document using the Easy Express (XED) service. Instead of helping me check the XED code options, the manager insisted on applying an expensive shipping rate of $119 for a simple document. I have sent similar documents from other DHL locations for $58.57(attached receipt) so this feels like a clear overcharge. The manager showed a dismissive attitude and offered no clear explanation for the inflated price. They do not offer all services advertised and provide very little help on package information. Very disappointing experience. I will use a different DHL branch in the future.
