- SSSwatsApr 17, 20261.0This is one of the worst shipping services. They are never on time, and the packages always get routed to Puerto Rico for unknown reasons. This has happened more than once. I'm exhausted from contacting them. There’s no proper customer service or way to reach them. Just stop using this service. I really wish there was a way to sue USPS. I regret sending all important packages through them.
