I specifically asked for the cheapest delivery option, yet I was charged an extra “service options” fee. This was misleading and unethical. Businesses should be transparent about all fees, this was not.

Been this Ups store many time. Feel like store owner and employee are more helpful I had experience my international shipping was done quick and best price. I had done printing job for business grateful for there’s suggestion.
