You can tell they want the environment to be welcoming and I appreciate how she approached the situation and explained to her daughter. Each time I have come to send boxes to my sister who is studying out of state they have always me navigate what methods or payments are useful and how I can ensure that the boxes are well set to withstand the shipment route. We even bonded over having a family member out of state studying. They treat you with so much kindness and patience. Each person in line, knows they will be taken care of as you can feel those positive vibes. I wish I had come to them sooner! This is now my official place, that I will go to for anything in the future.
- DSDee SosaOct 24, 20251.0I take fault for shipping my athletic wear it to this place for reasons being I wasnt going to be home, just for one of my packages being sent back after I went to get it on Wednesday and I was told " I don't have your package " followed by other words by some rude man. Then another package was delivered to the same address and this lady was nice at first and then I was met with a rude attitude and yelling in front of other customers after she explained to me why I cant deliver here and ended up paying $5 for my package. The problem is not the policy, I am a former business owner and an employee of an Indian company that ships with UPS, I get it but it's the lack of respect and the attitude from the workers which is why I'm writing this review. Do better.
