  DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR PACKAGE DROP OFFS!! My brother dropped off a package here using the UPS service. They never gave him a receipt because their “printer wasn’t working”. My brother took a picture of their screen and left as he was assured that was enough. 12 days later, I go back for a receipt since there was no update on his tracking. They proceed to tell me they have nothing and know nothing… they look at you like you are crazy for LOOSING YOUR OWN ITEMS. Disgusting service and do not trust this business. I typically only write positive reviews unless I experienced horrible service. In this case, I advise everyone to never trust this business with your items. Update: My brother got an update that the package was transferred to USPS and was at the local post office of the city he sent it too. After he already put a claim in…. Annoying but thankfully package wasn’t lost/stolen. They just didn’t have any information.

  Unprofessional experience. I was told to take a photo of a screen instead of receiving a receipt because their printer was down. 12 days later, my package is gone. Management at this location is unhelpful and claims they have no record of the ID number their own associate generated. If their systems are down, they should not be accepting packages. I am now out $70 because of this store's negligence.

  I wanted to get business cards made. They gave me an appointment for the next day. When I arrived the next day, I found out they hadn't made them yet. They started making them while I was there. The staff was very indifferent, constantly laughing, moving slowly, and wasting my time. They only told me they were adjusting the business cards, but they started doing it while I was still there. I had to wait 30 minutes for my order, which I had placed the day before. Very poor service and staff...

  Do not bring your Amazon packages here this place should have never became an Amazon drop off location. the worst experience of my life . this place is horrible with horrible management especially one of the supposed managers named Kathleen. I understand people are upset they have to work on Christmas Eve or people have bad days but her service and attitude was horrendous. She should be fired immediately. I came in to return some packages and waited almost 30 mins while she helped anyone else that came.in to do buisness with "Staples" . This was fine but then more and more customers came in she kept ignoring our line of like 10 people waiting to simply drop off our returns... When i finally could no longer take this blatant ignoring of us all who had been patiently waiting i spoke up and Asked if they could simply help us who have been waiting more then patiently?" and she was completely rude and disgusting telling me to go to UPS if i dont like it. Then one of her co workers tried to explain to me that they make their money on the floor in the store and that Amazon was just something Staples does as a favor to its customers?.. this place should never have become an Amazon drop off they don't want to do it they don't care about it do not bring your Amazon packages here do not deal with Kathleen and honestly do not give this company any of your money. After her treatment I'm never stepping foot in this place again.
