Always have a terrific experience, staff is very attentive and the folks in the custom printing department are very detail oriented and patient every time I place an order. They truly listened to what I needed and took the time to suggest the best product for my situation — one that met my needs and fit comfortably within my budget. Because of their knowledge and confidence in the products they recommended, I was able to find the perfect printer without any stress or confusion. Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. One of these gentlemen, I believe, is a manager, and I have to say — he is outstanding at what he does. Staples is very lucky to have such dedicated and capable team members at this location.
