- JRJessica RoseMar 20, 20261.0Went on 3/19/2026 lady with glasses and pink gloves. Needs to be fired, for not being helpful. She told me the zip code wasn’t right, and I found out the employees can/have to help look up the right zip code. She wastes my time, and also I had to wait 5 minutes to get help from anyone. Like the employees are talking, and laughing. There are people waiting for help, and you’re all goofing off. Worst post office ever, rather go to UPS. Seeing UPS is way more helpful, even helped with the zip code mistake. Never go to a post office again, especially with their prices now!

- BDBarb DyjakDec 20, 20255.0My previous reviews of this facility were wretched. After a succession of managers, one worse than the other, I think, finally, they struck gold. I don't know who he or she is, but from the improved services, I would have to say a great improvement has been made. No more "lost" mail or clueless office staff. Our carriers have been much improved also. I guess they had to hit rock bottom before someone decided to save this facility. I had been going to Adelphia or Farmingdale. It was inconvenient, but a matter of trust. Happily, I can see that Howell is earning back that trust, and hopefully, this manager will stay a while.
