- BDBarb DyjakDec 20, 20255.0My previous reviews of this facility were wretched. After a succession of managers, one worse than the other, I think, finally, they struck gold. I don't know who he or she is, but from the improved services, I would have to say a great improvement has been made. No more "lost" mail or clueless office staff. Our carriers have been much improved also. I guess they had to hit rock bottom before someone decided to save this facility. I had been going to Adelphia or Farmingdale. It was inconvenient, but a matter of trust. Happily, I can see that Howell is earning back that trust, and hopefully, this manager will stay a while.

Wrongfully Delivered my package to a house somewhere down the road from me, I finally get ahold of someone on the phone after 5 attempts of call them. The guy who picked up literally said word for word, “I promised the package will be at your house tomorrow” with no explanation on how, just a promise. Now it’s four days later and I still cannot get ahold of these people.
