- JJJoeyh_19Jun 23, 20251.0I've been here 4 times trying to get my mailing address information changed I moved back to Howell in March 2025 and haven't seen any I've tried calling customer service they say my old address post office isn't getting my mail and that is being forwarded to Howell and then Howell saying they don't have anything I've had some very important documentation mailed out back in April to me and I haven't gotten it so where its going idk

If you put a piece of mail into the mailbox, it gets picked up by a mail truck, then gets sent to Howell post office, correct? How hard is it to get it to the address on the envelope? You should be ashamed to collect a paycheck! PitifuL

They don't answer the phone, so if you have a real problem you have to contact a regional office, who calls Howell (they answer the phone for them!), and give you a quick answer and say the postmaster will call you within a half hour. Guess what, they never call. They've lost packages several times. What a horror! Go to Adelphia or Freehold if you have a choice.
