- CPChris ParfettDec 11, 20251.0NO GOOD!!! I tried calling regarding a question I had about a certified letter and the phone kept on ringing and nobody answered. I had to send a family member to this post office as I work in south jersey to actually talk to the postal worker. When they asked the postal worker about the phone number they called and nobody picking up the person shrugged their shoulders. DO BETTER!! PICK UP THE PHONE!!!! Disgraceful!!
