- JSJen SApr 18, 20213.0Their Hold Mail Service is very disappointing. Over the many years, they kept delivering mails instead of holding them several times. Also they once delivered the accumulated mail to a wrong address before the indicated return date on the form even though I checked off for picking up the mail at the post office upon my return. So they lost all my mail for two weeks. Hope they could improve the quality of this service.

No note, no knock, nothing. Amazon had to tell me it wasn't delivered. No wonder the post office is becoming more and more obsolete. Order your stuff through UPS.
