I needed to send several certified letters, but I was unable to find any pre-printed labels available for public use. After waiting patiently for approximately 10 minutes, I was assisted at the window and provided the labels to complete myself. I then returned to the long line, which resulted in an additional wait of nearly 10 minutes. The process was quite inconvenient. I would recommend that this location consider increasing staffing at the windows to improve efficiency and better accommodate customers.

If you are sending wedding invitations from this location, note that the staff refuses to “hand-cancel” the invitations despite going off hours, and even offering to “hand-cancel” the invitation ourselves.
