    Line took a while, only one PO staffer working the window. They have a machine and a lot of PO Boxes here. Close to the PATH.

    Sadly very disappointed in my experience at this USPS location this morning. If you are sending wedding invitations from this location, note that the staff refuses to “hand-cancel” the invitations despite going off hours, and even offering to “hand-cancel” the invitation ourselves.

    Called to get a status on a package and the man that answered would not transfer me to the post master who I asked to speak to then when he pulled up my tracking information was extremely rude. I was just inquiring why it had been to so many states and he gave such attitude in telling me I was wrong because that’s not what he was seeing

    Worst service I ever had. They don’t let me in with my service dog. I was told no dogs allowed in their lobby, even it’s a service dog. There was no one in the lobby, and I was just trying to send a mail which just takes less than two minutes.
