- NBNez B.Jun 8, 20253.0Not the best USPS, but definitely not the worst I have been to. This USPS office is tiny. So, naturally one would expect it to have long waits - and that it did. With only about 3 people on the line, I waited about 15 minutes for service. The saving grace here is that even though the staff is light, they work quickly. My attending clerk had the standard "I'm just here to punch the clock and leave" attitude that most desk postal workers have. I've been to other locations where clerks were downright rude and would take about around 15+ minutes for each customer, hung on up even the most basic requests. So, this was overall a neutral experience. The bottomline is, there are far better offices in town. But, if you want the convenience of using this neighborhood post office and can arrive during an off peak time, then you should be golden. If you decide to go here when it's busy, bring a seat, you'll need it!

Yes, it’s a small post office, a bit dark inside, but if you live nearby, it’s convenient and does the job. I’ve never had such a bad experience here that I felt it deserved just one star. It’s the post office—not a luxury service—and in a time when it’s being slowly defunded, it’s still something we rely on heavily.
- LMLucia MJan 28, 20251.0After my visit in November, where the clerk indicated my certified letter 'had been returned to the main office and would be delivered in a few days' (never happened), I foolishly returned at around 3pm today to mail something. Door locked. No sign. Lights were on, but no one was home. If you needed to lock for five minutes, put up a sign. I did not wait around.

They just post notices saying "sorry we missed you while you were out" / "final notice", so you have to go to them. Where they are incredibly entitled and rude, to a point that makes the DMV look efficient. Don't bother calling the 1-800 number because there's no way to speak to a person and the bot is absolutely useless.
