- LMLuis Martinez1 day ago1.0Avoid if possible , I went to make a simple return and they said I needed to purchase a box for my item. I explained to them that it came in the box that I presented to them and even showed them where the old label was. They kept trying to charge me $18 for a box. I said no thank you I went to another ups and they happily scanned my box and took my return. I explained to the other ups location and they said that they should have not tried to charge me a box. Stay away of this location they will try to charge you for things you shouldn't pay for. Another issue I had with this location is that they are burning incents inside the store and the smoke was everywhere, no one wants to come into a smoked up room. I'm sure this against the NJ smoke free air act and Hoboken fire codes.
