  a great UPS location! everything moves so quickly & efficiently - the staff is very helpful and always lends a hand. Selena was very helpful when I came in with a large amount of packages - she’s patient, quick and a joy! 10/10

  So much attitude from the staff especially the indian girl. I asked if they could check if my package was already there because the app kept giving me mixed updates (one time it was ready for pickup, the next it was not). They did not listen to me and insisted that the package was still in process that is why the status kept changing. I told them that it was already ready to be picked up earlier in the morning, but it changed to something else. They repeated to say the same thing like I was an idiot, and refused to check their system. So, I called UPS and asked where my package was. The phone agent confirmed that it got delivered to this UPS Store and was received by one of their staff. I went back to the store and told them what the agent said and also showed them the proof of delivery which I did not know was available in the website. Only then did they check the system, and only then that one of the staff stepped up and said that there was a problem with the delivery earlier that morning (even though it was signed off), and that they will just give me a call when my package is already available. Zero apologies for their snarky attitude, and no sorry for the hassle. When I got my package, I immeditely deleted this location from my preferred drop-off points. Worst customer service.

  Might be the worst UPS in the country, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I was quotes 35$ to ship a small bubble envelope and usps quoted me 5$. I went to a different UPS who quoted me 11$, these guys are scammers

  Avoid if possible , I went to make a simple return and they said I needed to purchase a box for my item. I explained to them that it came in the box that I presented to them and even showed them where the old label was. They kept trying to charge me $18 for a box. I said no thank you I went to another ups and they happily scanned my box and took my return. I explained to the other ups location and they said that they should have not tried to charge me a box. Stay away of this location they will try to charge you for things you shouldn't pay for. Another issue I had with this location is that they are burning incents inside the store and the smoke was everywhere, no one wants to come into a smoked up room. I'm sure this against the NJ smoke free air act and Hoboken fire codes.
