    I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. Wasted my time standing in line. They wanted $93 to ship a box. Took it to the post office and shipped it for $24. Why would anyone use UPS?

    The staff at UPS on 14th street in Hoboken is super courteous and helpful. We were there to have a file printed and needed help adjusting “stubborn” margins and notarization. We were helped in a very timely manner.

    I am a small business owner in Hoboken and I always choose the uptown UPS Store because the team here is consistently outstanding. They are efficient, patient, and genuinely helpful every time I walk in. Many people do not realize that this location is independently owned and has no connection to the downtown UPS Store, which leads to a lot of confusion in reviews. The service at the uptown location is truly different and it shows in the way they treat their customers. They deserve recognition for the quality of their work and I will continue using this location every time.

    I’ve been using the Uptown Hoboken UPS Store for years, and they have consistently delivered exceptional service. I’m in the store two or three times a week for shipping, printing, mailbox services, and package pickups, and every visit starts the same way: with a warm hello and genuine friendliness. The team here is incredibly professional, efficient, and attentive. They’ve handled hundreds of my packages without issue, and on the rare occasions when something was delayed or difficult to track down, they worked tirelessly until it was resolved. Their care and reliability make this location an indispensable part of my routine. It’s also worth noting that this uptown location is separately owned and operated from the midtown Hoboken UPS Store. The two stores are completely independent of one another, which is important because I think the level of service at this location truly stands out. If you’re looking for a UPS Store in Hoboken where the staff is friendly, dependable, and committed to great customer service, the Uptown location is the one to choose. Highly recommended.
