    Moved to Hillsborough in November. Trying to verify a new address that the post master was supposed to do back in December. I was told supposedly it was done but constantly have issues getting mail and deliveries still. Still having issues that our address cannot be verified. Dealing with this issues months now with no resolve only that they will call me back when they can. Going in person doesn’t help. Still waiting for the post master to decide when I can get mail regularly or not. The word unacceptable doesn’t even define this situation.

    This place is practically unusable! The employees there are EXTREMELY rude and try to rush you through everything to the point where things get messed up and we are the ones who have to deal with the headache! Every time I go up to the counter they yell at me and tell me to use the Kiosk even if i explain that the kiosk isnt working or there is a line there! I don't understand why it is so difficult for them to do their jobs correctly and not with a major attitude! I'm just going to go to UPS from now on.

    The lady is very slow, not helpful. Always grumpy and unsure of her job!! They are alone at the counter even during peak hours, very bad experience every time

I believe this matter warrants management’s attention, as additional customer-service training would be beneficial. Individuals in public-facing roles should demonstrate professionalism and courtesy, and in this case, those standards were not met.

    If I could give negative stars I would. Supervisor is super sweet but their front desk workers need some serious training.
