- KKKat KFeb 9, 20261.0Moved to Hillsborough in November. Trying to verify a new address that the post master was supposed to do back in December. I was told supposedly it was done but constantly have issues getting mail and deliveries still. Still having issues that our address cannot be verified. Dealing with this issues months now with no resolve only that they will call me back when they can. Going in person doesn’t help. Still waiting for the post master to decide when I can get mail regularly or not. The word unacceptable doesn’t even define this situation.

Every time I go up to the counter they yell at me and tell me to use the Kiosk even if i explain that the kiosk isnt working or there is a line there! I don't understand why it is so difficult for them to do their jobs correctly and not with a major attitude! I'm just going to go to UPS from now on.
