- MFMaura FurtadoJun 21, 20251.0The rudest, most condescending customer interaction I’ve ever had. I showed up 15 minutes early for my passport appointment so I could fill out the form. The Indian lady was paged, but still didn’t come out til after 10. When I told her I needed the form, she condescendingly asked me what I was doing waiting out here without filling out the forms. I kept my cool and told her I don’t have a printer and she again repeated herself and seemed annoyed at me. I said the confirmation said they had forms and asked if they did, and she said they did but yet again condescended me asking why I didn’t fill them out. I asked if there was a problem, and she said the problem was that I didn’t fill out my forms. She said I had to reschedule my appointment which I was fine with at this point cause of her attitude, I had no idea why she was so snotty and upset but she needs to work on herself. I can see why this place has such a low rating.
