- RGRachel GrewelingSep 4, 20181.0I was planning to send out my wedding invitations today so I called the Hightstown Post Office to make sure they had the design of the stamp I wanted since not all of the post offices have them. The first time I called, I was on hold for a good 10 minutes and got disconnected. I called back and they told me that I need to call back tomorrow because they are too busy to answer my question and nobody could check for me. I didn't get a "Call back in a hour or so" or "Can I take your name and number and give you a call back when the line dies down?" Nothing. I got a nobody can help you. We are open until 7, feel free to come in. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

However, would give my actual mail deliverer 5 stars for his friendliness and thoughtfulness (trying to ensure we are aware when larger packages arrive, trying to keep packages dry, etc.)
