- SDSusan DonnellyJan 10, 20262.0Today Saturday 1/10/26 I went to the Hewitt NJ post office at 12:20 pm and it was closed. The posted closing hours on Saturdays are 1:00. This posed a great inconvenience for me as there were important papers I had to pick up from my PO Box.

Today I went to get a package UPS delivered late and handed it off to USPS and I really needed it for Thanksgiving tomorrow and the post office worker was kind enough to find it for me. They also gave me a textbook a few years ago when I was in college that I missed the delivery and it was after 5pm - I would’ve failed my exam if I didn’t get that book. Thank you sweet angels of Hewitt post office, you have really made some very stressful moments all better.
- LSLev SavranskiyFeb 24, 20221.0please be aware - this location makes incorrect passport photos. my visit was at January 22, 9:45 they taken mine photos for an additional $15. clerk asked if i like photos, i said idk, it is your job to validate. she did not make any processing, background removal etc. after 2 weeks i gotten a message from National Passport Center: Thank you for your recent passport application. The photograph you submitted cannot be used because your image appears either underexposed or overexposed and your facial features cannot be clearly identified. ---- i had to retake pictures at Walgreens while on vacation and pay again for delivery. Walgreens photo process taken 10 minutes, person deleted background and it looked a lot better. So think twice before making passport picture there
