The two staff we dealt with at this location are completely lazy and rude. "No" appears to be the only word in their vocabulary for any question you ask them. Use the Matawan location instead. Each store owned independently. Staff at that location were very helpful.

I am a 62 year old disabled woman. I went into this store this afternoon with two very heavy boxes to ship. There was no one else in the store. This young man stood at the counter watching me struggling with these boxes and he did not offer one finger to help me! I don't know his name because he wasn't wearing a UPS teal shirt or a name tag that usually see UPS store employees wear. He was also very rude to me. Never said a word to me except to tell me to put my 2nd extremely heavy box on the counter! This person does not belong in ANY customer service position as he possesses NO customer service skills! I will NOT be back!

Eric was completely disrespectful. Raising his voice over a 60 year old man should not be tolerated. He wasn’t even sure if UPS had a complaint when page. I suggest her get some interpersonal training on how to deal with customers. He wasn’t even sure still yelling at the man as he existed the store. If I could give him a zero star I would.

I was just at the UPS office in Hazlet. I’ve been there over a dozen times the store manager, Herman W. Redd ( Jesse ) was super super rude this morning. I simply asked a couple questions every question he told me “WHAT” as if I was speaking low in a very mean angry way. So I raised my voice up a little bit more so he can hear me then he started yelling back at me for no apparent reason. This really got me very scared and upset as I thought in customer service as you deal with people day in and day out you’re supposed to have the up most respect, I did exactly what he told me to do, I felt I did nothing wrong, this encounter did get me very upset as I’m going through a lot right now and I did not need any of that. The way he was staring at me as if I was the worst person ever to do what he asked. I felt like I got verbally abused From an employee that’s supposed to be there for customer service and there to help. After this, I tried to shake his hand. He did extend his hand and then tried to pull it away, staring at me again in a terrible manner. This guy has a very serious attitude in customer relations and customer service very bad experience.
