- SSstephanie soto5 days ago1.0I would never come back to this store. Worst service: they didn’t give me a receipt with my tracking information, I was told it was thrown in the trash. When I asked for the tracking numbers they acted like I was asking them to do brain surgery. At first they tied to tell me I couldn’t get the numbers, so when I asked to take pictures of the packages they acted like that would be too hard of a task. When I insisted they huffed and puffed. So rude. Wouldn’t trust my returns get where they need to be, and would never bring my business here again. Matawan UPS is 5 minutes down the road on Main Street, with the best customer service. I have been going there for years. I wouldn’t trust my packages here. Don’t risk it.

Throughout the entire interaction, I remained polite, but he was condescending and talked down to me when I was briefly confused about how to return a package. I had some trouble pulling up the address, and he consistently raising his voice and spoke to me like I was five. It’s really not that hard to be nice. The whole interaction lasted about four minutes, and I didn’t take up any extra time. A minor moment of confusion led to this guy acting like he was smarter than me just because I was trying to pull up the shipping information.
