They just happen to find it, but said someone took your order, but never completed it. I would have to come back, after waiting a day for my order. This was two separate occasions both times Failure to execute my orders. I do not recommend this Staples to anyone.The printing department needs help with fulfilling orders and letting each other know where they left off so someone else can continue where they left off.

For someone who oversees 2 business that USED to spend thousands of dollars a week at staples this is upsetting. I placed an order at 10:00 in the morning that was said to be GUARENTEED ready by 5:00PM. I came in hours later during my break at 5:00 PM to pick them up and they still were not finished. I then left to go manage my business and when i came back i was 10 minutes after closing(which is at 6:00 PM LOL). I saw 3 people chit-chatting in front of the register so i asked if i can grab my order that was already paid for. After i had to beg the first gentleman like a bouncer at a nightclub, he brought the nastiest, most upset manager i have ever dealt with in the small 2 minute span. You would of thought I had a bomb strapped to my chest, the nasty attitude and tone he used towards me... I can see why these staples are closing down all the time, poor choice of management...
