- DODan ONeillFeb 18, 20265.0I went to Print center today at staples to print several different things that I needed to send out. Chris was super helpful and amazingly, friendly and polite. He helped myself as well as five or six other people all at the same time without keeping anyone waiting long and without getting frustrated. Also several people had silly questions or had to be shown multiple times how to do stuff. It is great to see someone like Chris out there, helping people and going above and beyond. The store is lucky to have him as an employee. My small interaction with him made my day.

I went in to have a simple medical ID card laminated and was told the machine had been “turned off for the night” — even though the store was still open for another 45 minutes. When I pointed that out, the employee responded rudely and dismissively. If you need printing services, I recommend going to the Middletown or Shrewsbury locations instead, where the staff are much more professional and helpful.

They just happen to find it, but said someone took your order, but never completed it. I would have to come back, after waiting a day for my order. This was two separate occasions both times Failure to execute my orders. I do not recommend this Staples to anyone.The printing department needs help with fulfilling orders and letting each other know where they left off so someone else can continue where they left off.
