- DDDanielleDec 5, 20251.0If I could rate this post office a zero, that’s what i would’ve given!! The lady who wears a mask and has dark brown hair is not very helpful, she's actually not helpful at all! Very rude and lazy that I had to leave and go to another town to mail my package Because she refused to print the $7 label I paid for to put over the packaging label I was unable to peel off for my return! I was able to have another post office do this with no trouble at all!! She was mumbling something under her mask and she refused to repeat what she said when I said excuse me! This is one of the many reasons I prefer UPS and why our US postal services have gone to crap! The reviews on this page should’ve warned me in the first place but lesson learned! It’s a shame that customer service is so poor and nothing is apparently ever done!
