- DCdana crannickApr 14, 20261.0My ring this morning caught a whole video (couldn’t post it) of a usps driver driving up my driveway, rolling down their window, and tossing out our package onto our driveway. My front porch was not blocked off, and nothing that would have restricted the delivery driver to put the package by my door. A complaint has been filed with corporate, and am now awaiting a phone call from the Hammonton office. Do better.
- BCBrandon CuratolaApr 9, 20261.0I went there after being unable to make an appointment since their website lists walk in times for passports between 11am and 1145am. When I walked in they claimed that due to not being fully staffed and having a lot of appointments, 1 other person was in the building getting a passport with 3 people behind the desks, they could not do it without an appointment. The post master came out to re-enforce this none listed and 'local' policy. Ultimately, no one wanted to help and basically said to go to a different post office. They suggested Vineland. I have never had a good experience with the Hammonton Post Office, this being the worse and if the 'Post Master' is saying to use other post offices I would certainly like to know why.
