Extremely organized and professionally run office—old-school service in the best way. Desiree was amazing: kind, patient, and very helpful with a package I needed. Great experience.

My mail frequently delivered to neighbors mail box. Neighbors mail delivered to my mail box. Several important bills and documents never arrived at my mail box. Occasionally receive people's mail that have the same house number as mine but located on different streets.

Dec 3,2025 at exactly 4:05pm. I went to drop off a letter and I received the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was waiting in a very long line the lady in front of me did not speak English. She asked me to please help translate one simple question because she did not know if she was in the correct place to pick up a package or not. I went up to an employee and politely asked her if this location was the correct place to pick up a package for 18102 residents. The employee (a white lady in her late 60s with glasses and black hair) looked at me with disgust, ignored me. I said to myself well maybe she didn’t hear me so I repeated question again. We made eye contact and she completely IGNORED ME (I was 3 feet away from her) She looked at me, looked away, and then later asked for the zip code. I provided the zip code, and she once again looked me up and down and ignored me. Instead of helping, she continued talking and laughing with another employee about her weekend plans. When she finally spoke to me, she rudely said I “had to wait in line,” even though I clearly explained I was only trying to help the other customer not waste her time. I went back in line and when I reached the counter, the Black woman who assisted me was extremely kind and professional. She even apologized for her coworker and said she was “going home and tired.” While I appreciate her kindness, being tired is not an excuse for such nasty and unprofessional behavior. It was humiliating, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional.
