As a busy working mom of three littles, I have to order things online and if I need to return anything, I seldom have the time to drop off returns. Because of this, I had to return 14 small items in one visit. To make this easier, I prepared a screen shot of each return code and had every item organized and ready to scan for return. Upon scanning my final items, the clerk looked up at me and said, “There’s a limit to the amount you can return, that number is 25.” Startled, I looked up at him and said, “…Is this even close to the limit?” He sighed and said, “You’re getting there.” The other lady in line looked up at me with a surprised face, and flustered, I asked for a receipt. He ripped the receipt off the printer dramatically and tossed it at me. I picked it up and looked down to see there were 14 items. Fourteen. Not even close to 25. I won’t be back to this location due to the unnecessarily rude behavior regarding returns.
