  Every time I go in for Amazon returns the staff has been nothing but friendly and courteous. Compared to my local UPS store that is refusing to take any Amazon returns anymore, never answers the phone, and always seems unhappy or angry, the staff at this store are so much more helpful and friendly.

  The gentleman here take their jobs seriously and are genuinely making an effort to tend to their customers in a timely manor. My license got cut off in a scan and the gentleman double checked the integrity of the scan, rescanned my documents and saved me a return trip to the store.

  I had the best experience at this UPS store. The staff was kind and extremely helpful. They greeted every customer with a smile. The gentlemen up front assisted me with printing and faxing some documents. The fax was taking awhile but never rushed me and waited until everything was sent before making me pay. Another worker from the back saw how long it was taking and brought me over a chair since I’m 7 months pregnant. They were very efficient with all the customers and handled the people waiting very quickly. They seem to love their job and again were so kind! If I had the ability to give them a raise I would. My husband had to come back a few days later and agreed they were the kindest people!

  The staff went above and beyond to assist me with faxing some paperwork over. Finally after the 4th attempt of trying to fax it over it went through . Could’ve easily told me no sorry after the first attempt . Amazing staff overall! A+++
