The three girls and two guys there are all friendly and willing to help up if needed of course. if it’s something out of their limit there’s nothing you can do. A lot of these 1 stars reviews are people that either have trouble with drivers or FedEx in General or some people just don’t like what actual information is being told. One review I saw is that the 1800FedEx gives out wrong info most of the time. I actually believe that as I’ve have had trouble talking with them many times before. your not talking to the people inside the actually ship center, ur talking to people from somewhere far as they can barely speak English most of the time from what I’ve heard from previous experiences. Either way 5 ⭐️ Thank you guys

FedEx first attempts to deliver to the wrong address on Friday, so I decide to wait outside on Monday (10 hours), so that I do not miss them and they lied and say they attempted to deliver and did not (I would know as I spent 10 hours in my driveway) so I call customer service and they tell me to drive to the distribution center in the AM. So I wake up early and am sitting here only for them to tell me that customer service always tells people the wrong info, it was stupid of me to come all the way here and that they might be able to find my package or they can TRY and tell the delivery driver where to deliver it!?!? They will try? This was supposed to be delivered on Friday! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE SERVICE IN GENERAL! zero stars if I could
