It is so unnecessary how you talk to people like that. And I did call and want to give them a chance again they apology but not acknowledging that the behavior was rude. If you told the customer what to do whatever, I might not an American but I can understand your English and your tone very well how rude and the attitude you come at me but I didn’t quite understand at first that you want the brightness of my phone instead of the enlarging the QR code to scan. You should had explain to me or talk or ask me nicely one more time because I didn’t hear quite well so I was guessing what you asked. instead of reaching my phone to change my setting and add “ that is how you turn your brightness on mam “ the tone . I will now tell all my clients not to come to your store if they don’t want to have a very bad day and got treated poorly. The incident was so unnecessary. The explanation is not good enough. And the charged on the tap. Whoever that come to this location just prepare to bring a few bucks for the tap even you drop off Amazon package return. They would ask you to pay for that. Or giving you an attitude. They don’t really need our community business.
