  Took an hour with an APPOINTMENT to get 1 item notarized. I still got charged. I don't trust the store at all.

  I do not trust this location.The man tried to charge me $110 for two small boxes. I’ve used UPS in the past and was given options. This time at this location it was very different. I felt as though I was being taken advantage of because it is the holidays. I went to the post office and it was $22 for the same exact option.

  Worst UPS location experience I’ve ever had!!! Would never come back I came in with a simple return from Amazon already in a box but unfortunately all I had at home was some painters tape so I used that to hold the box shut. Like any other UPS store they help assist making sure your package is secure for shipping and adding some tape where needed. The guy at the front tells me my package is unsafe for shipping and will charge me 2.99 for tape. I said no problem do what you have to do and then when I get my receipt I was charged for a MISC. item. A service that isn’t even offered by UPS. Thank you and never again. Don’t come here.
