Someone in the back said, “This place looks like Christmas threw up here.” I went to the counter and asked about my package, nonetheless. Lady said the system is down and she is unable to tell me anything about my package. Read the other reviews and if you still decides to use this service, do not say you were not warned. I just cannot understand why it’s still open. Why are our tax dollars being wasted here. These people obviously do not care about their jobs, much less our packages. This place is a joke!!!!! Do not go there or use their service. Leave them to walla in their own self pity.

I missed the delivery and went to the post office to check if it's still possible to pick it up the day before 4th July. Marsha called Agit and he came back to my house second time and delivered the package. I'm truly grateful both of them for getting my package on time. It's a pleasure to deal with professionals, the people who literally would run an extra mile to help the customers. Thank you again.
