- PSPerri SpecterMar 5, 20261.0Just had the worst experience here today. I've been sending out hundreds of letters from multiple locations, following the USPS Letter Slot Template that determines whether my mail qualifies as a “Letter” or a “Package.” I’ve always been told that as long as my mail fits in the official template, it can be sent as letter mail — which mine does. Today, the woman working here literally put my letter into the template, saw that it fit, and still refused to consider it letter mail. If my letters were actually inadequate, they would have ALL been returned to me. Instead, she told me, “You were lucky you didn’t get caught,” as if I had committed some kind of felony. It’s kind of insane coming from the same post office that has sent out hundreds of my letters before suddenly spewing this crap. I get that there may be a blurred line here, but she didn't suggest any reasonable alternatives or remedies when I asked. If you live in the Haddon Heights/Mt. Ephraim area, go to the USPS on Black Horse Pike instead. The woman here is extremely rude — don’t waste your time.

My job required me to mail a bunch of paperwork for some reason, so I mosied on down to station ave in hopes that I wouldn't screw it up somehow. Jovielle, the clerk working in the front, could not have been more helpful! She told me exactly what I would need and exactly how much it would cost. She was very friendly, and the whole process took just minutes Protect the post office, folks, these people are heros.
