  Stayed at home yesterday and today to wait for a package that needed a signature. They never showed up and I'll have to wait several days to go pick it up. Don't get anything you need immediately through this USPS office.

  Had passport appt for 10:45 with our baby who’s less than a month old. Had to plan trip to visit elder family member not doing well. We were ten min late. No line and zero people waiting. Every passport appt online is available (I checked and said this) and both front desk employees refused to take us because we were late. While we could’ve just walked to car and booked another appt 15 min later it wasn’t worthwhile as it was clear they were purposely trying to be difficult and unhelpful. We were late because we had to stop to change a diaper if we had to let our baby sit in crap then she would’ve been screaming the whole time which wouldn’t have made it a pleasant experience for anyone. The fact that the employees didn’t care or even say come back later says all you need to know. 2 people with zero customer service skills and emotional intelligence. Do yourself a favor and Don’t go here for your passport or quite frankly anything.

  I put in a hold mail request for 5 days. I was waiting for an important package that was to arrive while I was away. Thinking that my package would be held at the post office along with my regular mail well I wrong. Package was delivered and left at my garage door. Mail was piled up in my mailbox. What’s the point in putting in a hold request if it wasn’t honored! Very disappointed with this post office and for the carrier not taking the time to check that I had a hold mail request . I shouldn’t have had to ask a friend to retrieve my box and mail for me! I had called them and all they said was they will talk to the carrier! What a joke!!

  This location no longer answers the phone. They just let it ring, unfortunately makes things very difficult for those who have a simple question as the only way to attempt to get an answer is to call the 1-800 number which makes it near impossible to get any actual assistance. All automated systems. Shame to see the customer service go so downhill.
