I was also overcharged to ship a poster...the female CLERK that assisted me made up some lie about the additional cost like I was dumb enough to take her word and not escalate thee second I walked out. And I mean, thee second for those thinking they won't get told on. Give us a reason!!! All (the direct USPS CS line as well as the website) confirmed I was overcharged. After all that, you have to go back into the office to collect a refund but only if a supervisor is onsite which is something the staff confirmed they do not have there. Even the USPS supervisor that contacted me after I wrote about the incident was under qualified. Hasn't gotten back after I submitted the receipts she requested. Terrible!
