  I visited the UPS Store to return a package, and my box wasn’t sealed yet because I needed to place the return receipt inside. I assumed the store would be able to tape it before processing the return, but the employee told me I needed to purchase tape to do so. It was a bit disappointing, as I expected that basic taping assistance would be part of the service. I hope the store might consider offering this small courtesy in the future to make the return process a bit smoother for customers. Real disappointed about the customer service

  We come here at 3:32 pm today Saturday the time is saying it is open till 5 pm but the staff said it is close

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS store. I came in to return an Amazon package, and the only issue was that the flap of the box needed a small piece of tape. The owner refused to provide it unless I had my own, saying that it “comes out of his paycheck.” I even offered to pay for the tape, but instead of resolving the issue, he chose to argue with me in front of other customers. This felt extremely unprofessional and inhumane, we’re talking about a single piece of tape, not a big request. It left me questioning whether I could trust them to handle my package properly. As a customer, I shouldn’t be made to feel like I’m asking for too much when it comes to basic service. I hope management reconsiders how they treat people in situations like this, because kindness and professionalism go a long way in building trust. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
