I assumed the store would be able to tape it before processing the return, but the employee told me I needed to purchase tape to do so. It was a bit disappointing, as I expected that basic taping assistance would be part of the service. I hope the store might consider offering this small courtesy in the future to make the return process a bit smoother for customers. Real disappointed about the customer service
