Ups you need to hire employees that provide better customer service. This woman screams at your customers for no reason instead of being compassionate and treating everyone with respect. She yelled at a poor woman that was holding her baby in her arms trying to figure out if she has to drop a package at this location. She had us speak with her manager alex who also doesn’t know a clue about anything. We visited the store before closing 11/20/2025. She should definitely get fired nobody needs to dealt with people with attitude when you are just trying to drop a package period!

He said yes you have to tape your label to the box. So I purchase Tape. He goes and uses the tape to close the box and never uses it for the label. Right next to my package was a huge Tape to package. I said Thank you after he scanned my label and took the box. No thank you back. Rude employee and late opening despite what the website says. Will never return!
