He was there simply needing help to print an application, and the employee working completely ignored him. She kept taking other customers and never acknowledged him at all. It was rude and unprofessional, and no one should be treated like that when they’re asking for basic assistance. We’ve always depended on Staples for quick help with printing, but this experience was very frustrating. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t go through the same thing.

And people wonder why brick and mortar stores are closing left and right. Why would I go shop in-person to get attitude from an employee there?
