Staples will accept returned items purchased from Amazon. After you fill out the required information on the Amazon App, you will receive a return QR code and you can bring back the item in its original box. Packaging material and printed postage labels are not needed. This feature makes it easy to return items. The only slight disadvantage is navigating to the Online Return line. The front end has multiple lines and I wasn’t sure which line to choose because the Amazon Returns Drop-Off signs were on the floor; I didn’t notice this until after the fact. I would recommend re-locating the Amazon signs somewhere that is eye level. Otherwise, this feature is highly convenient and makes the return process very simple. #staples #amazon #amazonreturns #amazonreturnsdropoff

I said if you are going to short change me you should say something I have pennies. I feel that to give me the incorrect change and don’t inform me ahead of time is disrespectful. We could have corrected the problem before I left the register. More importantly, why do I get short changed why not staples they have more than me.

He was there simply needing help to print an application, and the employee working completely ignored him. She kept taking other customers and never acknowledged him at all. It was rude and unprofessional, and no one should be treated like that when they’re asking for basic assistance. We’ve always depended on Staples for quick help with printing, but this experience was very frustrating. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t go through the same thing.
