He is always helping me out, very professional, courteous and gives me some small tips on a better way or ways for me to save money by shipping “this way” or “that way” or in “this box” or specifically a recycled box. I rarely ship anything, so the help was and is always appreciated. Things can get confusing to ppl who aren’t exactly caught up with the current times and technology.
