- TBTatiana B5 days ago1.0Unfortunately my experience at this post office was very upsetting. I came to mail an international package to Switzerland and the post office worker R. did not know of this country, she then struggled to fill out the declaration as she had to assign each item in my package to a category in the postal system (it was baby goods) and she struggled with every single item. I was anxious about her processing my request and asked to double check the address. Well, she posted my package to Turich instead of Zurich. I asked to correct it and she said “they” would figure it out. I ended up asking for a black marker and correcting myself. So very disappointing that the employee cannot perform her duties. It’s part of the job requirement - I am not asking for anything special really.

This location in particular will re-rate your packages, change the service you choose and you will get charges to your credit card if used automatically. Good luck trying to reach anyone to dispute their criminal activity. Stay away from this location. They'll smile and then steal your money. Sickening.
