    I NEVER leave reviews but the woman (I’m unsure of her name but a middle aged Indian woman) was the worst customer service clerk I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I try to withhold because I know how it goes when you mess with the people that control your mail. My online selling platform allows a 7 to 10 day turnaround time when I receive a prepaid label it’s gonna show the date of the purchase. I went two days later to go ship this and I was told that because the ship date on the label didn’t match the day that I was bringing the items I wasn’t allowed to bring them and she denied my packages. What was I told to do? Refund people and let them re-purchase it so it’s the same day. I’ve worked for shipping companies. I’ve worked for businesses that ship hundreds of packages and I shipped my own packages. Never have I been denied a package for it being a day off from the day of the label. I don’t know what type of power she has there that she’s allowed to do this but the second I asked to ask for anybody else or talk to a supervisor miraculously nobody was there and nobody was coming back for the rest of the day. Ironically, a woman who didn’t need it scanned in, had a label from six days prior, and she just dropped it off with no problem.You’re messing with people’s money and people’s businesses and for me to leave a review like this you did something ridiculous and clearly by the other reviews, I’m not the only one.

    Horrible service. Manjuri or whatever her name is was condescending and spoke to me with an attitude when I asked why they wouldn’t take my return package. Apparently the QR code needs to valid within 24 hrs? Makes absolutely no sense. Seemed like they got a kick out of inconveniencing someone. These ladies at the front need to learn some MANNERS!

    I am not complaining about the people working here but their weird policy. I have a QR code shipping label with the shipping date on it. The label allows me ship in a 3days window and the date on it is the last day I can use it. Then this usps says I can’t ship it before the date on it. This doesn’t make any sense.

    I really do my best to be kind to people who work with the general public all day, as I realize at times it can be difficult. But, the manager, so she says, that woman is intentionally difficult and inflexible even argumentative! She makes things unnecessarily complicated and she refuses to see reason . Just do your job! Which you are lucky to have.Stop making everything so difficult! Would it kill you to smile back at me when I say hello??? I went in the other day for a refund for a guaranteed service which they could not provide. This is at least the second time she told me I was wrong and stormed off to the back only to have someone else give me the refund. When I asked for a manager I was shocked to learn it was her. She became very argumentative with me. She was spewing nonsense! I don't understand why people are so Rude!
