So I had called for a package I never had received but had said someone signed for and received. The woman wouldn't even listen to my claim, she wrote me off as soon as I told her my zip code because it was out of their postal range, I asked her to listen to me. She just kept repeating "you're not in our postal range" over and over again like she was mocking me. I was trying to explain to her that it said the items were shipped there and that I understood it made no sense. In the end I had to call national usps and am now waiting for them to get back to me. I asked to speak to a manager but she ignored me then hung up. I don't recommend this post office.
