The idiot returned it to the bank as undeliverable. While I was at the bank to sort this out (the bank was charging me $10 for having a bad address) I discovered my license expired but I never received a notice it was expiring. I complained but this is still happening. One of our delivery people doesn't want to deliver all of the mail and sends some back as undeliverable!
